We do not publish a price list, because the same feature list can differ several-fold in cost depending on the factors below.

Integration count and quality
The single biggest driver. A well-documented REST API is straightforward; an undocumented legacy database or a vendor with rate limits and no sandbox is not.
Data migration scope
How much historical data has to move, how clean it is, and whether the old and new systems must run in parallel during transition.
Workflow complexity
Approval chains, conditional routing, role-based permissions, and audit requirements add more cost than screen count does.
Compliance and security requirements
SOC 2, HIPAA, data residency, or client security reviews add design, documentation, and testing work from the start rather than at the end.
Offline and mobile requirements

Build custom when the workflow is genuinely a competitive advantage, when integration between your systems is the real problem, or when you are already paying people to work around a tool's limits. A focused internal tool typically reaches production in 6 to 12 weeks. A multi-workflow operational platform is usually 4 to 8 months, delivered in phases so parts of it are in use well before the full scope is complete. Integration-heavy and data-migration-heavy projects sit at the longer end. We deliver working software every two weeks rather than a single launch date.
Usually that is the better option. Full replacement is only justified when the existing system genuinely cannot be extended. More often we build alongside it, connect via APIs or middleware, or put a modern interface over a system that still works underneath.
